2024 McLemore Songwriters Series kicks off May 23

The golf course resort community and hotel atop Lookout Mountain hosts six ticketed shows open to the public from May through October

The McLemore Songwriter’s Series, a monthly live music event held from May to October at the McLemore Golf Resort, kicks off next Thursday, May 23.

These shows provide a rare chance for music aficionados to experience acclaimed songwriters in an intimate setting atop Lookout Mountain.

With its unique ambiance and impressive lineup, the series has become more popular each year. Due to that popularity and the small venue, it’s advisable to purchase tickets in advance, as they are expected to sell out. Tickets start at $55 per person and are open to all ages.

Each show occurs on a Thursday night, with doors opening at 6 p.m. and the performance starting promptly at 7:30 p.m.

For those looking to enhance their evening, a plated dinner option is available for $30 per plate.

Reservations at McLemore’s on-site restaurants, The Creag or Croft, are recommended in advance.

Tickets can be purchased for individual shows or you can get a season pass for access to all six shows.
