Tommy Prine with Maggie Antone
Fresh off a December debut at the Grand Ole Opry, singer-songerwriter Tommy Prine will perform this Saturday at the Cherry Street Tavern in downtown Chattanooga.
The Nashville-based musician, and son of late country-folk legend John Prine, released his debut full-length record, This Far South, in June 2023. Prine toured extensively in support of that record, including shows with Tyler Childers and Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit.
Just last month, Tommy Prine shared the stage with Tyler Childers, Nathaniel Rateliff, Kurt Vile, Alison Russell and Valerie June at an Austin City Limits tribute event for his father. You can watch that performance here.
Tommy Prine will be supported by fellow Nashville musician and rising star Maggie Antone. Antone recently released a single, “I Don’t Wanna Hear About It” via her label Love Big and will perform at this year’s Bourbon & Beyond in Louisville, KY.
