Experience Chattanooga’s Campfire Concerts this Fall with a stellar lineup of regional talent and scenic beauty under the Tennessee sky.

The Fall 2024 Campfire Concert Series at Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center is back, offering an enchanting mix of live music, campfires, and the serene beauty of the 300-acre nature reserve.

This unique concert series, now in its third year, invites the community to experience the magic of nature and music intertwined.

Each show is $30 and tickets can be purchased in advance here.

Season passes are available to members, offering discounted prices and guaranteed access to all five concerts, plus overnight camping. Members can purchase season passes here.

Johnny Balik – September 7th

Kicking off the series on September 7th is Johnny Balik, a Tennessee-based artist originally from Toronto. He blends pop, R&B, and singer-songwriter influences into his distinctive sound.

His genre-crossing instrumentation and soulful vocals create engaging productions with memorable, quotable lyrics. Johnny has built a reputation for delivering feel-good tracks that evoke a range of emotions from laughter and dancing to introspection, promising to set the perfect tone for the season.

Milele Roots – September 20th

On September 20th, local favorites Milele Roots will take the stage. This five-piece band brings a reggae foundation splashed with elements of ska, funk, and more. With their deep roots in the Southeast music scene, Milele Roots is sure to deliver a performance that resonates with both heart and soul.

The core lineup features Yattie Westfield on drums and vocals, Christian Craan on bass, Jesse Jungkurth on guitar, harmonica, and vocals, Jonathan Wimpee on guitar, keys, and vocals, and Becky Ribiero on trumpet, percussion, and vocals.

Milele Roots has toured extensively across the Southeast and released their debut album, Eternal, on FocalPoint Records.

Funk You – October 4th

October 4th will feature the electrifying Funk You, an eight-piece band that has been captivating audiences with their intoxicating mix of modern and vintage funk for over a decade. They have distinguished themselves in contemporary funk, releasing three studio albums and two live recordings.

Rising Fawn Social Club – October 18th

Rising Fawn Social Club brings their wide-ranging mix of bluegrass, country, and alt-pop to the campfire on October 18th. Catch this unique group and reconnect for a perfect Friday night under the stars.

Randy Steele and the High Cold Wind – November 1st

Closing out the series on November 1st, Randy Steele and the High Cold Wind will deliver high-energy bluegrass with a lineup of seasoned musicians from the Chattanooga area. Randy Steele and the High Cold Wind formed in 2022 to support Steele’s solo touring. Quickly gaining momentum, the band was invited to several festivals across the Southeast.

The lineup includes Tyler Martelli, renowned for his flat-picking skills and his work with Americana band Strung Like a Horse, John Boulware, a mandolin virtuoso and seasoned contest champion, and Justin Hupp of Slim Pickins Bluegrass, who plays upright bass.

Event Details

Each concert runs from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM and includes access to the Reflection Riding campus, complimentary s’mores, and beer from Hutton & Smith.

Food vendors will be available on-site, or you can bring your own picnic.

For those looking to extend the experience, an optional camping add-on allows you to stay overnight on the field after the music ends for $10 per person.

Join us at Reflection Riding this fall for evenings that promise to be unforgettable, where the music meets the mountains and memories are made around the fire.
