Highland Park Porchfest was founded in 2022 and operates uniquely as a volunteer-run, neighborhood-driven event with no official enclosed area or official event coordinators.
Attendees are encouraged to respect local guidelines—stay off the streets, keep open containers off sidewalks and out of roads, and use trash and recycling bins provided by porch hosts.
For those driving, avoid blocking driveways and fire hydrants.
For a smoother experience, bring your own chair, consider biking around, and be prepared for the event to go on rain or shine.
