Mult Unveils New Single “Blackout” Ahead of September EP Release

Chattanooga’s shoegaze band Mult teases their upcoming EP Back Around, set to drop on September 6th, with a new track.

It’s been over a year since last studio release from Mult, but the Chattanooga shoegaze band hasn’t been idle. During that time, they’ve played shows in Nashville, Atlanta, and throughout Chattanooga.

Today, they announced their signing with Delayed Gratification Records for the upcoming release of their debut EP, Back Around, set for September 6th.

The shoegaze genre has seen a resurgence in recent years, with many bands exploring its elements and blending them with the various styles that have evolved since its initial decline. But there’s more to shoegaze than just layers of delay and distortion.

This is where Mult stands out, offering a sound that’s both expansive and intimate. They weave heavier alternative influences into their music while staying grounded in a shoegaze foundation.
