This lovable downstairs dive has been a favorite for years. It’s a small stage set up, low ceilings, lots of noise. You’re going to be right in the middle of everything, just the way ya like it.
Sluggo’s is two floors: a vegetarian cafe upstairs by day and downstairs bar and venue by night. There’s a great porch and patio area if you want to get some air. Sometimes they project movies on the wall.
They book a lot of local bands and bands from around the region. They snag an impressive national touring band here and there. The lineups can be all over the genre map, but Sluggo’s tends to skew a bit more toward punk and noisy stuff.

Parking
There is a large parking lot directly behind the Sluggo’s building. There is free street parking available on Cherokee Blvd.
