Strung Like A Horse takes the stage at Ross’s Landing this Saturday, June 1st, at 8 PM, with opener Lenox Hills for the second week of the Riverfront Nights Free Summer Music Series.
Strung Like A Horse is one of the best live bands in the Southeast.
They’re a bit indie-rock, a smidge bluegrass, and a whole lot of unhinged Americana. Skilled instrumentalists and excellent songwriters, they have a well-earned reputation for high-energy pickin’ and stompin’.
Their debut record WHOA!, recorded at Nashville’s historic Sound Emporium studio, debuted at #2 on Billboard’s Bluegrass Chart and spent 16 weeks in the Top 40 charts for Americana Radio.
Strung Like A Horse played WMOT’s Finally Friday showcase in Nashville, featured by NPR Music.
You can watch/listen to that performance here.
The band is fresh off a couple of North Carolina shows, including the Beaufort Music Festival, where they shared the lineup with bands like Futurebirds and American Aquarium.
Strung Like A Horse is Clay Maselle, Tyler Martelli and Danimal Pinson.
Don’t miss this incredible headliner, along with opening band Lenox Hills, who will take the stage at 7:00 PM.
